This is the second time in my 63 years that I have posted a complaint, but her I go…..I was given a handicapped room so the bathroom was enormous for wheelchair access, but the heat didn’t work in the room so showering didn’t heat the bathroom up enough to be comfortable. The heat didn’t work the first night at all so I wore a sweater to bed. The channel changer batteries were dead so I couldn’t watch tv that night. Maintenance came to fix the heat and changer the next day so I was warm and could watch tv, but when I tried to turn the heat down from 85 where the maintenance set it so I could sleep without sweating, it cycled on and off every two minutes. So the second and third nights I turned it off completely and put a sweater on to sleep. I should have asked to be moved, but didn’t want to keep bothering the staff. We often stay at Hyatt hotels because we count on them to be nice. I’ve stayed at this hotel before since our daughter lives in Glendale, but even though the staff was very friendly, I won’t be staying at this hotel again.
