“We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). “Friendly staff”

“The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked. ”

“The hotel was nice and there were lots of things going on in the hotel. The staff was pleasant. We had room 559. We discovered the TV was unplugged. After plugging it in we were able to turn on the tv with the remote but were unable to actually select any station in channel guide. It appeared the remote had battery power but the tv didn’t respond. Fortunately we had family to visit so we didn’t need the tv. “Für amerikanische Verhältnisse ist das Motel völlig in Ordnung. Ich habe schon deutlich schlechtere Zimmer gehabt, aber auch deutlich bessere. Der erste Blick ins Zimmer sieht gut aus, beim näheren Hinsehen fallen dann aber die Kleinigkeiten auf. “When checking into the room the shower had obviously been left on for hours. The entire room had condensation on it the bed even felt wet. The floor was flooded and it was 80 degrees in the room. I picked up the wet phone and called the front desk he came up and turned off the shower and told me we could just lay some towels down and it would cool down. I asked for a new room and was told there wasn’t any. I said whatever and he left. Also the tv didn’t work so I had to call down again and he...

“Scelto perché il prezzo sembrava contenuto ed estremamente comodo per la nostra visita ai WB Studios, la colazione offerta é stata estremamente gradevole, il letto comodissimo e la stanza graziosa. Facendo un breve tragitto a piedi si raggiungevano piccoli centri commerciali e locali di ristoro vari, ma non proprio turistici, per cui si respirava un’atmosfera ben diversa da quella caotica che ci si aspetta a Los Angeles. Ci siamo sentite al sicuro pur rientrando a piedi in serata. ”

“Be wary when booking the 2 bedroom suite. I booked the 2 bedroom, 3 months in advance and was never told the 2 bedrooms were overbooked. I found out on my arrival date. My reservation was split into 2 studio rooms. Also there are no adjoining rooms, only "adjacent" rooms. I opted to wait for my other room to be adjacent since the whole reason why I booked this hotel was for my family to be together. I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours for the room to be ready. “Non è la prima volta che soggiorno a Los Angeles e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal quartiere Glendale, l’albergo è un ottima soluzione pulito e con parcheggio a pagamento 10 dollari a notte, si trova difronte ad un centro commerciale vi sono molti posti dove mangiare. Ottima la posizione per vedere i punti turistici più importanti di LA, vicino agli Universal Studios.”

“Ottimo Hotel a 10 minuti di macchina dagli Universal Studios. Letto e cuscino comodissimi, colazione perfetta. Unica pecca la ristrutturazione in corso, anche se non ha creato disagi.”

“The gave me a room at the end of aisle and it was too noisy do to poor soundproofing windows. I complained and they moved me to the same room, just 2 floors over. Receptionis was very unpolite. I do like Hampton Inn hotels but this is the worst ever. ”
