“Everything was great, except that the pool was closed. That would have been a perfect way to end the day with a relaxing time in the pool. Otherwise, everything was great. The one young guy at the front desk was very helpful with directions to everything we wanted to do. Will stay here again.”

“Loved happy hour with wine and chocolates! We used the shuttle from the hotel to the Biltmore Estate House and it was so convenient. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and had great service as well as great food.”

“This my second stay at Cedar Crest. THe first time I was on the 1st floor. This time I was on the 3rd floor. I think I would prefer a lower floor. My only suggestion is the breakfast never changes and by the 3rd morning, I was ready for a change”
