“Very well run place”

“Rooms are beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds. We loved the robes. Mountain View was worth it. Hotel service was excellent, we enjoyed that. Only disappointment was not being able to schedule a trail ride or carriage ride, we requested it, called and left a message with no call returned. It also wasn’t available on the website to make reservations for that, which would be very helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel, we will return again. ”

“Clean rooms and comfortable beds”

“Breakfast was sonething different each morning. Fresh fruit, meat, frittata, coffee, juice were all excellent. Room was veey comfortable and we appreciate the upgrade where we had our own porch.”

“From the time I was greeted till my bags were whisked into my car, I was treated with professional courtesy and personal care. I'm an elderly lady traveling alone and need extra help. I was given a downstairs room and treated with exceptional care. There were many extras in my room including a binder of the history of the Lodge built in 1907. “No pan for cooking available, rude front desk, side doors not secured at night....”

“Overbooked, broken laundry facilities, room was unclean, the shower was terrible.”

“The Reed room was very nice with fireplace, jetted tub and private Mountain View. It is a grand old lady so u do hear footsteps and noise above and around but for the most part it was a nice stay. Breakfast was great and staff very pleasant.”

“Staff was great, room was very nice. Our only complaint was there were only two coffee pods for the coffee maker and no condiments. There were four of us staying in the room, would have been nice to wake up and have a cup of coffee for everyone. ”

“The downtown location of this hotel is incredible - you can walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries.
