“My 2 day getaway to Asheville was made better by staying at TownePlace Suites by Marriot. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. They provided a very good breakfast. I will be back.”

“We stayed at this location for a week. Miss Claudia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Always a wonderful smile, cheery demeanor, a sweetheart whom made you truly feel welcomed. The room was spacious with a fabulous view of the mountains. Breakfast had great options and you are next door to a grocery store. Only downside is if you have a full size truck or SUV, you can park when full but you will need manuevering and backup skills.”

“It was above and beyond my expectations. The front desk staff, kitchen staff, and restaurants staff were super excellent and accommodating. Me and my wife have finally found the best hotel in Asheville!!”

“Good stay for the money. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Neighbor came in late and cranked their TV up loud was the only complaint, but the front desk took care of it.”

“Very good breakfast, every space cleaned, perfect parking, excellent location. Cons: 2 elevator, 1 out of service. Washer & dryer, dryer out of service Our room was in floor 5, ice machine out of service. ”

“There was a few problems. The water pressure goes down to almost a dribble while taking a shower. They said that was normal. They had us put a 100 dollar refundable payment down for things we might beeak. They said it can take a week yo get that credit back. We got to our room and toke pictes of a wardrobe stand that had a corner broke out of it. We let them know of the problem right away and the young man said he will put a note in our paperwork. “Breakfast was sonething different each morning. Fresh fruit, meat, frittata, coffee, juice were all excellent. Room was veey comfortable and we appreciate the upgrade where we had our own porch.”

“Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!”

“Big room. Clean. Very unique. Quiet. *However, one end of the hotel is where trash pickup is and one morning, it was like 5 am and very loud-beeping and picking up the big dumpsters & slamming. That was my only complaint. It didn’t make sense that it was that early. ”

“We absolutely loved Zelda Dearest. This place has quickly become our go-to when we’re in Asheville — the 1920s vibe, the atmosphere, the staff — all of it just works. Breakfast was fantastic and the perfect way to start the morning before heading out to explore downtown. The location is great too, easy walking distance to everything. If you haven’t stayed here yet, you’re missing out. We’ll definitely be back.”
