Hotel vicino a Cathedral Of All Souls - Asheville

“Overall, great stay. Breakfast was excellent - more than continental. Check in was a little clumsy as the ‘front’ desk is actually in a separate bldg and the clerk had to check 3 separate groups in at the same time and then walk us all to our bldgs and rooms. Seems like they need an additional person working the check in area during peak times (this was ~5pm).”

“My grandson & I took a getaway to visit the Biltmore House! We chose this Hotel after reading the nice reviews and about how clean everything is. We didn't feel disappointed after we'd walked in and looked around. Unfortunately, the front desk lady was less than friendly. After we were took our bags to our room & laid back on the beds to take a pause after our long drive, we discovered... The pillows in our assigned room were below any standard of pillows we ever experienced. They appeared...

“Good stay. A little visually sterile (with 17 shades of gray decor) but overall clean with everything in working order.”

“We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on and we enjoyed being able to walk to the coffee shop down the street, as well as the easy access to the art district, and the parking garage connected to the hotel. We named the upstairs tenant “Thunderfoot” because whoever was up there was either extremely heavy footed or the floor was extremely thin. We also stayed on a weekend and could hear the live music next door but they stopped...

“Very modern and trendy looking hotel. The atmosphere was great. I loved that we got tokens for welcome drinks. The pool was a nice extra. The Wildwood Still restaurant had a beautiful view and great drinks. The hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and galleries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.”

“Clean and friendly. Ice machines easy to find. Conveniently right off interstate and easy parking. At one point we accidently locked our keys in our room and they were friendly enough to get us new keys by us giving a home address connected to the card payment. Understanding and easy to work with on getting a replacement key with no hard times or worries which is greatly appreciated. Housekeeping kept up to date with fresh towels and made beds. Strongly recommend.”

“The hotel was literally "around the corner" from the Biltmore House and not far from our other destination, the Billy Graham Training Facility. The room and lobby were clean and our room was freshened up each day. Overall it was a good stay for us. Our "however's" are just a couple of inconveniences: 1. There was not a microwave in the room which prevented us from warming up coffee or snacks, and, 2. There was not a complimentary breakfast included in the stay.”

“This property was lovely and was being refurbished. I had a lovely refurbished room but unfortunately the noise from the ongoing works was awful. It's annoying that this wasn't highlighted as I would probably have changed the hotel I was staying in.”
