“The Reed room was very nice with fireplace, jetted tub and private Mountain View. It is a grand old lady so u do hear footsteps and noise above and around but for the most part it was a nice stay. Breakfast was great and staff very pleasant.”

“The downtown location of this hotel is incredible - you can walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries. Parking was easy, the room was TO DIE for, the whole property is incredibly clean, tbe breakfast is delicious, there’s coffee/tea/water all the time, the patio between houses is super nice, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was amazing. 15/10, literally cannot wait to go back.”

“Staff was great, room was very nice. Our only complaint was there were only two coffee pods for the coffee maker and no condiments. There were four of us staying in the room, would have been nice to wake up and have a cup of coffee for everyone. ”

“No hot tub! It has been filled with concrete. The pool room is so loud and echoes really bad! They allow British swim school to give swimming lessons in the pool so when they are there you can only use a small portion of it and it feels like you are very inconvenient. The hot water in the shower took 5 minutes to get warm on multiple occasions. The door handle to get in our room barely worked and we had trouble getting in every time. The automatic opener on the rear entrance door stopped working...
