“The breakfast buffet was great, the bed comfortable and the room was very clean. The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn.”

“I travel frequently for work and pleasure and this hotel was probably the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The rooms were spotless. And I am not easily impressed, especially on cleanliness. And it even smelled clean. Not some deodorizer scents to cover up smells. It just smelled like its kept clean. It was also quiet. “When I arrived, there was a black bear rummaging through an overflowing trash can. Plus, the room assigned to me had a huge roach on the wall which I saw as soon as I entered. I asked for a different room away from the wooded area where the bear retreated to and a better room that was bug free. The staff person granted my request for which I was very thankful. The breakfast buffet was good and the food was fresh and hot. Overall, I was satisfied after my concerns were addressed.”
