“This hotel was easy to find, with good parking available. The rain shower in the bathroom was my favorite part of the 1 night that we stayed. The employees seemed nice and approachable. We didn’t use the pool or gym. They’re pretty small & we were tired from driving. The breakfast in the morning was ok, typical hotel food, but much appreciated! The mattresses are FIRM. My husband liked that, but I need a softer mattress.”

The beds were comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The hotel staff are all so nice and welcoming, including the valet staff. “Not the best place to stay in Asheville. Facility could use a face lift. On our travels from Florida to Michigan, this was one of our stops. This was the noisiest hotel we stayed at. Not from the outside but from the inside. We could hear our neighbor raise and lower their blinds. The cleaning crew in the morning were slamming doors and other things in the hallway. the room had a musty odor. There are better located hotels in the downtown area.
