“There was a few problems. The water pressure goes down to almost a dribble while taking a shower. They said that was normal. They had us put a 100 dollar refundable payment down for things we might beeak. They said it can take a week yo get that credit back. We got to our room and toke pictes of a wardrobe stand that had a corner broke out of it. We let them know of the problem right away and the young man said he will put a note in our paperwork. “Parking was easy and safe”

“Staff were attentive and friendly. Property was clean, and room - king suite was spacious. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this property again when we’re in town.”

“Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!”
