“Booked on Expedia, a room for 4. There was a $20 charge for an extra guest. The hotel said it was Expedia and vice versa. Expedia returned the money as rewards cash. Holiday Inn dud nothing. Got to our room. There door was open with a maintenance cart outside. No one in the room. My son needed to use the restroom after a 4 hour drive. Went in the bathroom and the toilet was in the bathtub. Went back to front desk. I don't know how they weren't aware the room was unusable. Were given a...

“The location is wonderful! The staff was so helpful. The hotel hot breakfast was so much better than I could have anticipated.”

“No bath mat. Slipped in shower bruised my hip. Coffee was good and hot. Good OJ. The rest of the breakfast was forgettable.”

“I was in room 109, right next to the elevator equipment room. The noise was terrible. I did talk with the person working and they did offer to move me but it would have been a different room type. I decided to stay in the room an use ear plugs. The room was great but the sounds were constant till about 11:00pm and then begun at 6:30 am. Why this room is even rented out boggles the mind. Also, it would be nice to see bacon for breakfast and free EV charging.”

“My stay was great. Staff was awesome, pleasant and polite. My only suggestion would be a little more variety in breakfast items. Different muffins, donuts, pancakes, greek yogurt. The breakfast was good and plenty of it just a little boring.”

“Clean room and great AC. Disappointing breakfast. It was almost all gone when we checked and it was before 9 am. I think they did refills muffins etc eventually as we were checking out. Loud at times because all rooms have floors not carpet so people in room above were loud as they were up early walking. Ask for room on top floor if possible. All in all a good safe place to stay!”
