“My wife said “the room is very clean. You did a good job”. And the breakfast had the most protein options I’ve ever seen! ”

“Very clean and well maintained. The room I was in was also very quiet. Staff were professional and you got ok breakfast in the morning. ”

“Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. ”

“Even though there was an accident that took the cable TV offline, I was unable to work due to the marginal wifi, which I was told had nothing to do with the cable TV being offline, and had to seek out a local Starbucks to finish my work. Also, when the person above me showered, the stream turned into a trickle.”

“It's not this place's fault you know? As in you can't really even blame it, but I don't think this is what you're necessarily looking for. There's a Holiday Inn across the street. This is a rundown place. Do NOT pay more than $50 a night. It seems safe enough, but it is way below average. Nothing personal, but I wish someone had written the review you're reading right now. If you can't afford anything else right now, okay. But don't book this thinking it's going to be clean or comfortable....

“Normally I don't complain but this experience has turned me off of traveling. We have never had such a bad experience. We didn't get a room, seems like they had many people living in the motel. Staff were very rude. We drove back 250 miles to our home. I would recommend staying away from this motel and east Asheville ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! ”
