“Room was not very clean. There was a visible gap between the toilet and floor. Staff called saying there was a leak into the room below. Bath mat was wet and we worried it may have been due to a leaky toilet. Pretty gross. ”

“I was very pleasantly surprised, and I admit that I'm pretty picky. Eveeything was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional location. The property overall is a tiny bit dated, but actually in a good way if that makes sense? Hot cookies - if you know you know. We are already planning a summer trip so we can enjoy more amenities.”

“The room was set up well for handicap accessible bathrooms but the door to the room was hard to open. The backcheck adjustment on the closer needs to be turned down a lot. The food we ordered on site was good but they were out of French fries. With a small amount of options, this shouldn't happen. ”

“Housekeeping issue. Sheets sticky at bottom and floor towel for shower was thrown on sink ”

“Hotel was undergoing renovations. Not the best appearance. Nonetheless, the floor we were assigned was fully renovated. (3rd floor) Rooms were perfect and new. Very clean. Only inconvenience, they smelled like fresh paint. ”
