“Quiet, nice view of the mountains. And clean! Had dinner in the restaurant, they provided a menu with lots to choose from. The food served was delicious and large servings. Breakfast buffet, also great! Will be back for it was perfect, staff, cleanliness, and easy to access the blue ridge parkway. Thank you!”

“This was our first time staying and it was a great experience. So close to town that we walked every time we went. They have a cute coffee/ bar right on premises and even had live music. Room was nice and clean and the little pantry area for snacks, coffee etc was a nice touch. Everything about the property was well thought out and it is very cozy. The staff were all super friendly and we would def stay again. Also had a pizza truck on premises that we didn’t try but they were usually busy....

“Perfect stay for my sister and I! Downtown close to everything. Hotel had wonderful service and atmosphere! Small and quaint! Bed was very comfortable!! Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer were very helpful! The bottled water, coffee and snacks were unexpected delights!!”

“Such a charming retreat steps away from all that downtown has to offer! Walkable to all our favorite spots, we enjoyed the plush, spacious suite and the charming staff at the desk and bar. Comfortable room for sleeping, large bathroom well stocked with towels, a quiet place to sit outside for the afternoon, chess and coffee in the evening, a lovely spread for breakfast—we wanted for nothing! A delightful spot to stay. We will return!”

“Cheri and Dean were very accommodating with available fresh pastries and relaxing evening time on the front porch with a snack plate. The breakfast was varied and delicious. All the accommodations were very clean. There are beautiful gardens to browse and the house is within walking distance to a park, botanical gardens and restaurants. The stay was reasonably priced for the accommodations and service we experienced.”

“Breakfast was terrible. I sincerely mean that. If you want biscuits and gravy forget it. The gravy is tasted and ran like water. They do have made to order omelets- not great. So if you want oatmeal and toast go for it. This I will say their free drinks and snacks were excellent. Very clean. I forget which room we booked but it was small. I kept hitting my head on the tv because it is on a side wall. It does swing out and that’s how o kept bumping my head. The stay was very very kind and...
