This is the worst place I have ever stayed. when trying to extend a night the clerk told me he couldnt figure out how to extend so I would need a new reservation, I said that was fine I will pay a new deposit and whatever fees were needed. 11am rolls around and nothing was done the new front desk staff tells me I cannot stay another night and I quote "this isnt our problem, leave the hotel now or i will call the police" I didn't argue I...

“Room was rated for 5 but only had 2 queen beds with no couch. Breakfast was good, pool was petite, hot tub was delightful and the fitness area was good.”

“Hotel was undergoing renovations. Not the best appearance. Nonetheless, the floor we were assigned was fully renovated. (3rd floor) Rooms were perfect and new. Very clean. Only inconvenience, they smelled like fresh paint. ”

“I was very pleasantly surprised, and I admit that I'm pretty picky. Eveeything was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional location. The property overall is a tiny bit dated, but actually in a good way if that makes sense? Hot cookies - if you know you know. We are already planning a summer trip so we can enjoy more amenities.”

“good location, convenient and 5 minutes away from Biltmore Estate. Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Heated pool and jacuzzi were the added bonus for our kids. Our family was pleased with our stay. The only suggestion or complaint we have is the toilet seat needs a bigger cover. It’s a square shape toilet and cover isn’t covering the entire toilet. Other than that all is fine! ”

“The hotel is clean, staff is kind and helpful, large rooms and good location. Unfortunately, our room was not ready on time. While the wait was less than 1 hour, we had just arrived in town after a long drive.The room and bathroom lighting is dim.”
