“I'm handicapped and there were no handicap parking spaces when I arrived. And I had to walk a pretty good distance. As far as staff they were all friendly and knowledgeable. “When I arrived, there was a black bear rummaging through an overflowing trash can. Plus, the room assigned to me had a huge roach on the wall which I saw as soon as I entered. I asked for a different room away from the wooded area where the bear retreated to and a better room that was bug free. The staff person granted my request for which I was very thankful. The breakfast buffet was good and the food was fresh and hot. Overall, I was satisfied after my concerns were addressed.”

The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn.”

“The Jacuzzi was broken. It was disappointing. The pool wall is cracked and broken. It was scary. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was comparatively poor quality.”

“They were going through an ownership change and they were doing the best they could. Our stay was good disappointed where our balcony was at ground level to the parking lot. Nice accommodations. I will be returning when the restaurant opens back up. The staff was good. Expedia was good. Got me a great deal!”

“The front desk staff was very helpful, and the property was conveniently located within a couple of miles of everything we wanted to do. They also had a shuttle service on certain days that would take you downtown and pick you up. I would definitely stay there again.”
