Hotel a Indianapolis del Nord

“We only stayed for a night during Indy but everything went well. Rooms were big and clean. Included all necessities. Hotel was well kept and staff helpful. Decent breakfast: we missed the happy hour (that included complimentary door and drink) but I was suprised this was offered. Overall a nice stay.”

“The breakfast included was nice. The room was clean. The drain in the tub and the sink backed up and pooled water. The indoor pool was very cold- my son would not even swim which is rare.”

“Some of the front desk staff are rude and not customer friendly which is rare to find in Carmel. We’ll give it one more chance. We like where the property is located but the hotel management should have a better costumer service traing program.”

“I liked everything about the hotel, except for a couple of breakfast items. The bacon and the omelettes were tasty and there was a variety of breakfast choices. My only complaint was the sausage gravy was awful and the biscuits and gravy should not be served to guests, unless the quality is significantly improved. Also, there were no hash browns or potatoes offered at breakfast.”

“At check-in, the gentleman said I see you have a request for a first level room floor but there’s none available. I’m sorry. But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. The place stunk so bad of a high perfume me strong scent very toxic spelling you couldn’t get any fresh air. The air conditioner did work well so that kind of help with the air...
