Complained again with same level of disruption at 5am. 7-8 people in next room, loud music, banging in walls, shouting, partying in the hallway. “The hotel was nice, very large room and surprisingly very quiet despite being downtown. All the employees were nice. Breakfast was very good, delicious pancakes and avocado toast. My only complaint was the shower. Worst shower ever. Little to no water pressure coupled with the extreme soft water was a horrible combination trying to wash our hair and feel like it was rinsed clean. Just a horrible shower. “The staff was nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Overall, our two hotel rooms did not look or feel dirty. The couch in our room had some stains and it was kind of gross looking. A vacuum needs run in all corners, especially in the bathroom. Some of the sheets and towels had gross stains on them. The air conditioners in our rooms worked well enough but were very loud, kicking on and off, even when the fan was turned to always run on low....

“Peaceful and clean”

“The hotel was just ok. I didn’t have high hopes for a Quality Inn and it met my basic expectations. After I parked, I walked in and the two employees were outside smoking and the place had a faint smell of smoke throughout it.”

“Pleasant and helpful staff throughout a 12-night stay on family business (funeral, etc.). Very good bed and linens, consistently good breakfast every day, clean bathroom and shower (more towel bars/hooks would be nice), quiet most of the time. Convenient parking. Public areas could be cleaner. A guest washer & drier would be nice, but there's a good 24-hour laundromat nearby. Pleased to see fire sprinklers everywhere, a safety feature every hotel & motel should have. Definitely a no-frills...

“I forgot to tell them our room had no water pressure. It was literally a tiny sprinkler coming out. I almost took the shower head off myself and tried to clean it out but I didn’t have time. It was clean, but looks like it’s being renovated. It could definitely be a little better. It was a cheap stay but you definitely saw the rust on the bathroom doors, the over flow sink would go all over the toilet paper, some of the lights didn’t work. But it wasn’t a terrible stay. “Told me I could check in early but when I arrived my room wasn’t ready, pool was close and green, the pool room smelled like rotten garbage, the fireplace didn’t work, a house keeper came into my room after I checked in”
