“The staff was very positive and excited to see the guests. It's very refreshing to see people really enjoy their jobs. The variety and taste of the food was awesome as usual. The room was large and very clean. I love staying at Drury Inns during my travels!”

“Overall clean. Staff in restaurant were very nice. The woman who made our coffee at Starbucks was amazing! You have to pay for parking and use your room key to get out of the parking garage.”

“The location is good because it’s close to the university. The hotel room had a smell that did not go away. One of the towels had a stain. We had a double bed. The mattress to one bed was so bad you could feel the bed springs. So we moved to the other bed that was a bit better. If all you are doing is going to sleep there then I guess it’s ok. We did not have the breakfast or dinner so do not know how that was.”

“I’m not sure how this hotel scores so well. It’s an aging property. My room was falling apart: the sink handle comes off in hand. The hot water handle doesn’t work, the shower was moldy. The lamp shades were all askew. Honestly this is what I have come to expect of a property rated 6 or lower. ”

“There were ants in the room, broken chair in the room, broken security latch on the door. Pretty pathetic for a hotel.”

“The room was clean enough. Ohe bottle in the shower was empty. The phones did not seem to work as expected. I asked for a wake-up call but did not receive it. I called another room while they were there but the phone never rang. Staff was very nice.”

“Took 10 min for the front desk lady to even notice we were at the front desk there was no bell to ring, room keys deactivated almost instantly after using them for our room. Bed was itchy”
