“Nice place ”

“The front desk worker came down to the pool area and berated us for eating in the pool area, and we were not eating in the pool area. We had water bottles, that was it. She was extremely rude and way off base. We have stayed here for years and now we never will again. ”

“When I walked up to the desk, there were two gentlemen behind it. One was helping another guest, and one was chugging Dr. Thunder from a two liter bottle. I stood there for quite some time not being acknowledged by either person. Eventually the gentleman helping the other guest finished up, and invited me over to his portion of the desk. The other man whom I was standing in front of, ignored me and kept chugging his drink and checking his phone. A simple "he will be with you in a moment" would...

“I was really happy with my stay! The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, & staff was super friendly! Would definitely recommend!!”

“First, the front desk supervisor was not overly friendly. She spoke to us quickly in a rather harsh tone. Going up the room, we wondered if the elevator would make it. Then, once in our room, we found the shade broken, which prevented any light from entering the room. We asked to be moved to another room, and the front desk supervisor said that wasn't possible given our reservation. Really? When maintenance arrived to look at the blind, his response was, "Yeah, it's toast." There were also...

“The front desk area has been remodeled and looks nice. However, its basically lipstick on a pig. As we walked down the hall, the smell got worse and worse and by the time we got to our room, it full on smelled like dirty kitty litter. When we got in the (1st floor room), the window was open, there were hairs in the bed, there was a bug in the shower, there was some gross splatter on the bathroom wall. I have never checked out of a hotel within minutes of checking in until i got to this hotel.”

“Parking was safe and easy. Room was dirty and smelled musty. Sheets and comforter were stained. Towels were stained. Bathroom had hair in shower when we arrived. It was an affordable place to stay, but we regretted not splurging for a cleaner hotel. ”

“The hotel was very quiet. The beds were pleasant. Which of the main things I want at a hotel. The room was a bit “tired” as there were minor maintenance issues that hadn’t been addressed. Small holes in the wall. A running toilet (which I repaired) and numerous small things that add up. The coffee machine at breakfast was awful. Undrinkable. AmericInn is indeed off my go to properties breccias they are quiet and cost effective. I’d still recommend the place, but this certain location has some...
