“First, the front desk supervisor was not overly friendly. She spoke to us quickly in a rather harsh tone. Going up the room, we wondered if the elevator would make it. Then, once in our room, we found the shade broken, which prevented any light from entering the room. We asked to be moved to another room, and the front desk supervisor said that wasn't possible given our reservation. Really? “The hotel was very quiet. The beds were pleasant. Which of the main things I want at a hotel. The room was a bit “tired” as there were minor maintenance issues that hadn’t been addressed. Small holes in the wall. A running toilet (which I repaired) and numerous small things that add up. The coffee machine at breakfast was awful. Undrinkable. AmericInn is indeed off my go to properties breccias they are quiet and cost effective. I’d still recommend the place, but this certain location has some...

“Didn’t want to eat it ”

“Upon checking into the hotel, we were told that the booking we booked through hotel.com was a scam. Evidently American Suites does not exist and uses the same address and phone number as American Inn. There were no rooms available to stay at American Inn. I’m still waiting for my refund.”
