“The room was clean, breakfast was also good and very conveniently located.”

“Breakfast was good! Room was clean.”

“I have sta”

“Disappointing breakfast. But, motels are all the same.”

“Good”

“Close to good dining and shopping! Clean, spotless bathroom!”

“Beautiful hotel really clean very friendly and helpful staff great breakfast very nice clean rooms”

“Halfway to our destination, sad they only have breakfast on weekends.”

“The hotel was understaffed during breakfast. There was no coffee and the front desk agent was kind enough to help solve the problem. The room was comfortable and the kitchen area was a nice plus.”

“Lobby smelled like pot. Hallways were super loud in the middle of the night. Beds were clean. Just really needs a building overhaul.”

“Not good. I booked this room earlier this year when Univ of IA Homecoming dates were announced; rates are always raised, but this property seemed to be mid-price with above-average reviews. Disappointed at the state of this hotel, especially for the high rate they were charging. Desk and breakfast area staff were nice, but they seemed understaffed and ill-equipped to handle the Homecoming weekend crowd. There were lines of ppl trying to check in and out at the front desk. Floors and carpets...

“A newer TV would be a nice addition. Other than that, this hotel is exactly what you would expect at this price.”

“Wouldn’t recommend”
