“The hotel is dated.. rug in room was full of stains.. bath tube had mold around top.. needed to be chauked”

“The grounds on this property were beautiful, as they should be, home to such a prestigious golf course. The amenities and rooms however, were lack luster and VERY dated. To be clear, I was put in the Villas. When I hear Villas, I immediately think luxury well, this room was anything but that. The television didn't work. I requested a King bed and got two full beds. There were a few dead spiders in one of the beds when I checked for bugs. I didn't complain, just used my room as a place to sleep...

“Hotel moderno gestito veramente bene, da personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera grande, comoda, con cassaforte, frigo, aria condizionata, bagno con doccia spaziosa e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Non sul mare ma a 3 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia, parcheggio e buona colazione compresi nel prezzo”

“Vacanza da sogno a Jacksonville Beach... hotel direttamente sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca... camera da letto spaziosa con un terrazzino fronte mare... piscina non adeguata al contesto e servizio spiaggia a pagamento.... atmosfera informale e rilassata...”

“Although the location was excellent, I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms had visible mildew in the showers, which made the smell horrific anytime we needed to use the shower. It just made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the space.”

“Really clean and beautiful. Looks new and modern. The pullout couch made a low bed. Good for kids and young adults but may be challenging for older adults or longer stays. Otherwise it was a great choice for our weekend stay.”
