“Simple, yet surprisingly robust. First time at a TRU. LOVED the staff and the breakfast options were amazing. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to have microwaves in the rooms, but there was one in the lobby so all good. I would absolutely stay here again :)”

“The room was clean and the bed comfortable; however, there wasn't enough lighting for getting dressed, especially if you're a woman and need to apply make-up at a mirror, a small thing but a big one for some. The staff is very nice. Walls a little thin, had to endure a barking dog when I was trying to rest. ”

“This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well...

“I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”

On the second day of our four day stay, shortly after breakfast, my wife and I noticed a very strong odor which gave us both a headache. I checked the hallway and the odor was much stronger. “Front desk didn't know how to start the gas firepit outside the courtyard. That would have been a nice ending to our evening out. Beer bottles left outside. I don't think the outside area is addressed as much as the inside. All in all the stay was nice. ”
