Hotel a Neptune Beach

“The room, stay and location were great. It is Expedia that dropped the ball. I paid for the room in advance for I thought was the total price, only to be hit with “destination fee” and daily parking charges. I was hit with over $200 in extra charges upon checking out. Expedia never mentioned a thing about possible other fees. I’ll never use Expedia again.”

“Its s very nice hotel. Staff were all exceptional. Pool is great. Extremely busy yet wiman at the desk was excellent shekeot everybody moving and happy. She deserves ⁰a big pat on the back and an extra day off with pay. Most people would haved cracked under that much pressure. I admire her work ethic and determination to keep everything under control.These days you rarely see dedicated workers.”

The room was clean and comfortable, and it had useful amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. I also liked that the hotel offers free breakfast and parking, which added good value. Overall, it’s a solid and affordable place to stay if you’re visiting Jacksonville. ”

“Clean and comfortable rooms. The kitchen/bedroom layout was perfect. Well set up. There was a little street noise but I wear ear plugs, so not a problem for me. 2 choices of pillow types which was helpful. I streamed Netflix and relaxed. Perfect downtown location. ”
