Hotel a Neptune Beach

“We stayed for a few nights for our spring break. This is a motel style building with a pool, a bar next door (attached to pool lounge area) and trail to the ocean. There are also public access areas to the beach on either side. The motel rooms are simple and clean with air conditioning. Our bathroom didn’t have a fan which isn’t ideal but ok. “The room looks like it had been hardy in and they had things hanging with things peeling missing paint. The baseboards were dirty. There was constant bug problem. The the door needed to be replaced or have weatherstrips added to it because there was daylight coming through at the bottom and on the door handle side of the door. We asked other guests if they had bugs they said yes this place should not be listed because it’s a bad part of town according to locals and they nickname this place the...

“I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”

“Parking was safe. Only complaint is that Wi-Fi is free but cumbersome to get there. You have to join some Hilton club for free to get Wi-Fi. I didn’t bother as it seemed to invasive. Also paying for parking daily seems a bit much with the price of the room being what it is. ”

“Check-In was super quick and easy. The pictures of the property are spot-on. Breakfast was good (same choices every day). The Penthouse Lounge/Deck was excellent and was awesomely convenient. It is an older building, but they are currently renovating. A great place to stay!!!”
