“Can you say outstanding!The location and directions to was on point. It was exactly where I needed to be.The checking was flawless. Good clear instructions. The place was spotless with clear instructions on how to use all equipment in the house. To be picky on anything was the wait on hot water other than that I was good. Lol”

“Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. “Clean and pretty ”

“Peaceful place washer and laundromat really close like a block on Pecan, a tad bit chilly til we found the awesome lil heater that warms the bedroom nicely, walking distance to welcome food store for basic needs and a gate not to far away as well as public transportation another block away to get around the 18 bus. Small but nice little getaway while we had work done on our BNB.”

“The hosts, Steve and Carol were excellent! The studio apartment was neat, clean and well setup. It was the perfect place to while we visited our family in the area.”

“Family was gathered in Jacksonville for a baby shower and staying that this residence provided us a wonderful spot to relax after busy days preparing for the party.”

“What a lovely, relaxing stay!I was in town briefly visiting my son who is stationed nearby. The apartment is the perfect size and I’m the perfect location - close to so many restaurants and things to do!There is plenty of room to spread out and chill in between walks to the beach and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a huge advantage. Mandy is the perfect host. She was super responsive and very focused me having a pleasant stay. I will stay here on my next trip down!”
