“The initial appearance of the property’s exterior was disappointing, featuring an unrepaired fence and debris leaning against it. The duplex setup resulted in limited parking space for both occupants, and there was excessive pounding coming from the walls. Overall, the location did not meet our expectations based on previous experiences with VRBO. I would not recommend this property to future tenants.”

“This was such a cute property. We absolutely loved it. We did not use the bikes as everything was well within walking distance. We were in town for a wedding and never been to the area. We had an amazing time just walking through the downtown area of Riverside. Get food a Publix and Walgreens just down the road. Very cool places to stop in for a drink and relax. The unit we rented was located perfectly not far from the highway and was very easy to find. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities...

“Excellent communication with the host, very responsive. Easy check in. Amenities are appropriate for the price point. Quiet, Clean and orderly. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own pillows and a blanket for the bed as the ones there are lightweight and thin. Good otherwise. Thank you for a pleasant stay! ”

“The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert.”
