“This apartment was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, the place was dirty and had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very uncomfortable to stay there. The bed linens were dirty and unusable, forcing us to go out and buy new bedding ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property. There was a total lack of proper cleaning and attention to basic hygiene. Because of the cleanliness issues and the misleading description, I do not recommend this place.”

The place was spotless with clear instructions on how to use all equipment in the house. To be picky on anything was the wait on hot water other than that I was good. Lol”

Once we stepped into the rentaly we were overwhelmed by the spacious interior, clean and inviting. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were absolutely thrilled with this rental. “Me, my best friend and my fur baby were there for a concert. The apartment was awesome! Very safe area in a gated community. Wonderful furnishings. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. I do have a couple suggestions, the kitchen needs baking pans, more teaspoons, and maybe wine glasses. Overall, I look forward to booking again and would highly recommend this apartment!”

“Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. There was no bottle of wine, as promised. The entrance and sitting area weren't private, but shared by the other rental units in the same house. Also, this...
