“Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. There was no bottle of wine, as promised. The entrance and sitting area weren't private, but shared by the other rental units in the same house. Also, this...

“From the moment we booked the host was exceptionally prompt with communication and was extreamly helpful in fulfilling our needs. Once we stepped into the rentaly we were overwhelmed by the spacious interior, clean and inviting. Even though we only stayed 1 night, we were absolutely thrilled with this rental. Will definately book again and refer our visitors that come to Jacksonville.”
