“This was such a cute property. We absolutely loved it. We did not use the bikes as everything was well within walking distance. We were in town for a wedding and never been to the area. We had an amazing time just walking through the downtown area of Riverside. Get food a Publix and Walgreens just down the road. Very cool places to stop in for a drink and relax. “Absolutely phenomenal experience! I had to live in Jax for two weeks for grad school and this was the perfect spot. So grateful for such a kind and understanding host. He was always attentive and quick to respond. The price was great considering I was living here for 16 days. It was close yet far enough that I had options. San Marco was such a nice area too! I definitely look forward to staying here again next summer!”

“We stayed two nights. I think the other reviews were spot on. The unit is on the older side and in a high rise apartment building so you are staying in a until in the same place people live. The check-in process was simple and the communication with the host was fantastic. The room itself, was good, nothing great but nothing bad. Clean, good bed, god water pressure in the shower and plenty of space. The room needs some updating though and using the TV was next to imposable, The remote only...
