“Really nice place. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and it has all the things you need for a nice stay with plenty of space. So nice having the washer/dryer in the unit. It’s right near the pool and gym with stores and restaurants close by. Decorated really cute too. I would definitely stay there again! ”

“Clean and pretty ”

“Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. “HIGHLY recommend! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness in particular not a lot of harsh chemical smells, scents, and quality of the space. This exceeded my expectations. I found it was very clean. All accomadations were perfect and even had extra items like beach towels and chairs. It was a beautiful place and the perfect location. The host was exceptionally helpful, timely in all responses, and kind. Thank you! We will be staying again and recommending to loved ones.”

“Abby was very helpful since we had not been to Jacksonville Beach before! A well-appointed unit with very comfortable beds and everything you would need in the kitchen/living area. The only issue was no designated parking though we were able to park on the street close by.”

“The apartment came as advertised and was easy to set up in. We had a full agenda and was not able to take advantage of the facilities like the pool. Some issues we reported were immediately resolved such as the a/c filter and the vertical blinds. Adam is a great manager and the maintenance guy, Hary, could not have been more professional taking our personal needs into consideration.”
