“Location is great. Property is not like the pictures. It’s much more dated, with maintenance needed. Third floor (where three beds are located) does not cool, as thermostat is located on bottom floor. As a result, top floor is unbearably hot- and when we arrived, window had been left open on third floor as well. Plumbing fixtures are rusted and worn. Needs a lot of TLC. Definitely a rental property.”

“House was perfect! View amazing! Every morning having coffee on that deck was just what the doctor ordered. The house had everything thing we needed, was clean and was decorated so tastefully. Thanks for the beach chairs being available too! My only suggestion would be that the queen bedroom could use a new mattress or just squeeze a king in there. Other than that would stay again!!! 100% 5 star incredible home!!! Thank you Jenny and Matt! ”

“Great beach home getaway. Across street from beach. About a block or so from public beach access walkways. Also within walking distance from a few restaurants, surf shop, putt putt, and even Fort Clinch State Park for a hike. Heated pool hot tub are great. Back patio was also nice for hanging out. Looks like there’d be ample shade for summer heat. Outdoor kitchen was under construction, but that would make for a really nice outdoor hangout and pool scene when it’s complete. Nice kitchen....
