“I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc”

“We really love this hotel! Downtown Dallas, in an historic building, walking distance from all the most important monuments and museums. We really appreciated the room: quiet, comfortable, well equipped and clean. The hotel itself is a safe place, and the overall design is beautiful! “Gosh darn it. They tricked us. Place looked decent in photos and price was not super cheap so we figured it’d be nice. Dirty sheets, bugs, unsafe door and area, took a while to receive check in info.”

“The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no....
