“Great location for visiting the Performing Arts or if you have business downtown. Staff is great, service excellent and room very comfortable.”

“The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no....

“The rooms were big and very comfortable. Just don't pay extra for cafe breakfast during week. It was a choice of coffee, breakfast sandwich or pastry. The product wasn't even up to Starbucks level and I expect more from a Renaissance Hotel. When I saw what they offered, I asked to be reimbursed and they said no. She did tell me the GM would reach out to me and he has not. It's only 35.00 but all the same they can do better.”

“We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...
