“The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no....

“This hotel is right in the middle of downtown. It’s perfect for just walking around and going to restaurants. Almost everything is walking distance. Fine dining, shopping, and bar hopping is within minutes. I would definitely stay here again. ”
