“Let me start this review by highlighting the one negative aspect of this property, there's no dedicated parking for this property. However, on the night of my stay (June 19, a Friday night), Abdul (if I have the right name and spelling) was kind enough to help me out. Not only did he try to suggest alternative parking spots, but went above and beyond by coming out to help me park. “We really love this hotel! Downtown Dallas, in an historic building, walking distance from all the most important monuments and museums.
We really appreciated the room: quiet, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The hotel itself is a safe place, and the overall design is beautiful!

“We code this based on cost and location. It was not a nice hotel. Room was clean and the staff had tried with towels to make use but beds were soft, lampshades damaged. Chairs damaged. Greeted by a friendly guy at reception, but using a night window at 8pm. Reception locked. Felt really run down. I would not stay again. We thought we were unlucky with location, 5 min later we passed much nicer looking motels.
Air conditions work sheets were clean as were towels.”
