“Such a lovely space and great location! Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building.”

“Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. This was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a path that led to the beach. The home was large and welcoming. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area.”

“Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!”

“Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! “Cute place near the southern part of the Cliff Walk. It is a mile or so from the wharf and restaurants & we did lots of walking, but if you aren't up for lots of walking, then you need a car, or can do lyft. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, or to cook/reheat food. The bedroom and bath are up stairs, which was fine with us. Everything was clean and comfortable with everything wet needed for a few days. The host Lou was good at communicating, and checking in. We enjoyed our stay...

The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? “I surprised my wife (who grew up boating) with this stay for our anniversary weekend, and it exceeded all of our expectations. For anybody that’s never stayed on board a boat overnight, it is a bit like “glamping” (RV camping).
