Rilassati con i suoni dell'oceano e svegliati con il fischio distante del Block Island Ferry. The Cottage by the Sea è immerso in uno dei quartieri più belli di Narragansett. Situata a un isolato da un ingresso roccioso sull'oceano e la migliore pausa per il surf nel Rhode Island, questa casa pulita e scintillante ti dà accesso a tutte le migliori attività che il Rhode Island ha da offrire.

Il cottage dispone di bellissime camere pulite e accoglienti con lenzuola fresche, un bagno nuovo, doccia esterna rinfrescante ed è perfettamente pulito e confortevole. Con un grande ponte e un grazioso cortile nel New England, sorseggia un caffè mentre ascolti le onde o osserva le enormi quantità di stelle mentre ti godi un cocktail di notte. Per una notte di riposo, ci sono tre televisori a schermo piatto con cavo (e WiFi), uno in ogni camera da letto e uno con un ampio divano in modo che la famiglia possa guardare un film insieme.

La casa si trova a pochi passi dallo splendido faro e da alcune delle migliori coste, ristoranti e pub di Narragansett, tra cui Ocean Road Bistro, Spagna Restaurant, Chair Five, Famous Aunt Carrie's (per gelato e New England - Yum!), Iggy e la taverna Bon Vue.

Inoltre, controlla Back Beach, una passeggiata di otto minuti, per pescare, nuotare (senza bagnino o attrezzature) e alcune delle viste più spettacolari sull'oceano che tu abbia mai visto.

Una corsa veloce o una bicicletta ti porta a Sand Hill Cove (ideale per bambini piccoli e bambini di qualsiasi età) o alle spiagge di Scarborough con grandi onde, a due minuti in auto da casa; entrambi con bagnini, bagni e snack bar ... o apri una sedia da spiaggia durante la pausa, a un isolato dalla casa dove puoi guardare il sole sorgere, guadare nell'acqua per cercare conchiglie e forse vedere alcuni animali dell'oceano .

L'osservazione delle balene, una gita sul Block Island Ferry o la pesca d'altura è a soli cinque minuti di distanza in Galilea. Un giro in auto di venti minuti ti porta a Newport, famoso in tutto il mondo, per lo shopping, i ristoranti e lo yachting.

Family getaway to Narragansett

Our family of 5 had a wonderful 4 night stay at this beautifully maintained cottage in a quaint and scenic neighborhood. Easy check in and check out, this was the perfect fit for our family. No stairs was a huge plus for us and the outdoor shower made it much easier for us to keep the interior sand free and clean! Thank you!

The cottage by the sea is exactly as listed, very clean and quaint cottage close to the ocean and the lighthouse. Ann Marie was so responsive, thoughtful and helpful. We will return some time next year!

Magical Late-Summer stay

This Quiet, charming beach cottage in a great location made for an entirely magical late-summer getaway. We visited Block Island, Naragansett area beaches and restaurants and walked and biked all around Point Judith. Anne Marie is a fantastic host! Thank you! We’d love to return!

Wonderful

Wonderful coastal cottage tucked in the perfect neighborhood. The property is just as advertised and is well stocked and spotless. The welcome treats were a well appreciated surprise after a day of travel. The hostess was very responsive and communicative- very helpful! We loved our stay and would happily return!

Beautiful, quaint stay

Seven of us (over 3 generations) stayed at the cottage for a long weekend and loved our visit! The walk to the ocean to watch the sunrise and surfers was perfect for teens and grandparents alike. Nearby Roger Wheeler beach was a bit crowded, but easy to access. We also took the ferry to Block Island for a day, which was easy and fun. Dinner at recommended restaurant Spain was a perfect way to end our trip. Would highly recommend staying here. AnnMarie was a wonderful host!

Great ladies’ weekend!

We had such a nice three night stay! The house was perfectly clean, beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. We walked to Aunt Carrie’s for ice cream, ate at George’s of Galilee, went to Block Island and Newport. It was an action-packed weekend and this was a great home base. We appreciated the treats too! Great little beach cottage

Great location, walkable to a beach, several restaurants, and the Point Judith lighthouse. Host was very responsive and welcoming. She even invited us to the block’s 4th of July parade. Our kids loved the sleeping porch. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Summer getaway

Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Family stay for wedding

We had excellent communication with the owner of the property from booking to check-out. Check-in and check-out was easy and we found the home to be very clean and cozy. It was perfect for what we needed and all 5 of us (adults) were very comfortable. The outdoor shower was amazing along with the deck and outdoor dining/sitting furniture. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. We would highly recommended this home for a stay and would stay there again if in the area.

Cozy Cottage

My family, with three kids, had a wonderful stay. We loved the cottage and location. It was even better then the photos in the listing. The layout was perfect with 2 bedrooms for us and my oldest and then the younger two shared the “porch” room. We swam at a few beaches, caught a lot of fish and my youngest learned to ride a bike on the quiet neighborhood streets. Walking to the ice cream shop was also a plus! Perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying Rhode Island’s outdoor activities.

The Perfect Beach Cottage

1 block from the water

Adorable without being kitschy, Mary’s rental is perfect for a couple plus 2 more if wanted. Exceptionally well equipped, spices in the cupboard as no well as fresh coffee and cream in the fridge, with some cheese, fruit and wine Bed extremely comfortable, skylights flood the bedroom with sunshine. Nice deck with a good grill and comfortable furniture. Mary is a pro. Communication was beyond easy, and she was very accommodating as well.

My family has been coming to Narragansett just about every summer since the early 1980s. This the the first time we stayed in this super comfy and well-designed cottage and we absolutely loved it!

Restorative and peaceful getaway!

Immaculate, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Excellent host communications and lovely, safe neighborhood. Short drive to Block Island ferry and Ocean Road, Narragansett fine dining. Woke up early for a short walk to see the amazing sunrise from Point Judith Lighthouse.
