“We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”

“Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Staff was really polite and helpful. On site onsen was a bonus. My only criticism would be the room was too hot as it was a central control system for the whole hotel. Note it is an up hill walk to the hotel ”

“The baths are fantastic. The room was beautiful. I wish the outdoor pool had been open. The maid did not clean my room even though I left a sign on the door to clean it. Aftert I reported it to the front desk, someone came in and folded the edge of the toilet paper but he or she did not clean the bathroom. ”
