“The room was clean. There needed to be a few paint touch ups and such but it didn’t change the cleanliness. The bed was pretty hard so I didn’t find it very comfortable. Otherwise it was great. It’s very close to Gatlinburg and you are right on the main road so we had no trouble getting around pigeon forge easily. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“Generally clean and front desk staff was polite and professional. Location is good but it's a little tricky to find off the main road. The linens and drapes that match are a little dated compared to other places we've been on this trip. Overall, the stay was fine. The breakfast offerings typical but there was a little bit better selection at this location then through the others may have stayed at. Thank you for properly cooking the sausage ! The one thing I would definitely suggest to improve...

“I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

“The bed was clean, the couch was old. The HVAC was really noisy. There were not many customers at all bit our room was the furtherest away from the main desk. Outdated but we have stayed several time. Probably my last stay there.”

“Great place to make a “base camp” as you explore Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains”
