“I was highly disrespected by one of the staff members during the breakfast hour. Upon my checkout, I asked to speak to the manager. During my discussion, she made me feel very devalued, and that my discussing my concern with her was wasting her time. Very disappointed ”

“staff was AMAZING. rooms were a little dated. Some smell of mold in the room. I had a heavy feeling in my chest when i was in the room which leads me to believe there is some kind of allergic reaction going on. Kitchen was a plus. Breakfast did the job but not great. Walls a bit thin and lots of kids. Staff was accommodating so really any issues i had, i was willing to overlook leading to the higher rating. ”

“This is an older property that has been renovated beautifully. A superb location and great value. I will stay there again when traveling this area. ”

“We were very disappointed with our stay at this motel. First thing was the toilet made a HORRIBLE sound every 15 mins all night long. MY HUSBAND TRIED TO WORK ON IT BUT IT DID NOT HELP. SECONDLY, the young gentlemen that checked me in was also the same one standing outside our door when we pulled back in from eating along with 2 other men and when we started walking toward them they scattered like the wind. The young black man that worked there ran to a employee only door and the other 2 jumped...

“You can tell the staff truly cares about the property. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were updated, the front desk attendant was very personable. My kids loved the towel elephant on the bed waiting for us too. The walking distance to the island was more convenient than if we had parked in the parking lot at the island. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

“The staff were friendly. The hotel and experience was satisfactory. It is certainly not a top hotel but for a night or two it is acceptable. The breakfast was passable but you’re not going to look forward to it. The room was very dark, most of the lights work but the bulbs were dim. Bath was small water pressure was weak. ”
