“I’ve stayed at these properties before and they have never compared to this location. The hotel is under renovation, so there was dust and paint chips and holes in the wall. I understand renovation but I don’t understand why cleanliness is not being practiced. My shower had hair on the wall and in the tub. There was was I think was makeup smudges on the pillow case, the towels had some stains on them still, the walls had some mysterious smudge/smear. The other room we rented had a giant dead...

“Very clean hotel. One of our favorites to stay at when we go to EP. Breakfast is good! It changes a bit each day. But they offer yogurt, cereal, and toast and juices everyday. Staff is always nice and helpful. Parking is good.”

“To start with the good things. Jean at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. But the battery in the smoke detector was low, so it was already chirping when I got into the room. There was no plug for the television and no cord to even put into a plug. There were three live roaches in my room. One that decided to join me in bed. The door did not lock properly and the only chair in the room had paint splattered all over it.”

“Great location and we got a great deal. Super friendly staff when checking in. Got us in our room very fast. Will definitely stay at this location again if in the area. I wish all hotels where like this.”
