“Vrbo host poor communication skills- did not respond to any of my questions on the vrbo app, had to call to get check in instructions. On vrbo app, listing stated that check in instructions are emailed 3 days before check in - I had to call and text the host the day before. All he had to do was respond with,”I send them the night before” if that was the case. Note that there are no toiletries.”

“The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of open space and places for everyone to sit. They provided games for our family to enjoy. Our vacation was made even better because we had such an accommodating home to stay in. ”

“I stayed at Casa Mina #2(on the ground floor) for 2 nights to go to a concert at Sun bowl. Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning. I noticed some stains on the headboard, curtains, sofa cushions, and mattress cover, as well as some dust on the windows. The towels also had a mark.
