“Excellent hotel, staff and amenities. Female solo traveler safe stay.”

“The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

“The staff was great. The lobby was comfortable to hang out and watch the game. My girls used the pool area and had much fun. The room had some stains on the carpet floor that looked like blood but we always use shoes on hotel room carpets so it wasn’t a big deal.”

“We rented room for the pool more than anything and we were shocked when it was empty. Room itself looked very worn down and dirty. We ended up canceling reservation. I then end up calling customer service and am assured that another location has piol up and running. We headed that way and luckily made it before the charge was run. I asked attendant about pool and she let me know it was not opened either. I was so disappointed and told the rep”

“There were foot prints on the head board and hand marks all over the back of the bathroom door, suspect from adult activities that were not properly cleaned up.... super gross.”
