Staff was very helpful. Antero at the front desk made sure we got the ADA room #107 we needed. There was also another young man who worked the front desk that was very helpful. Alicia in the breakfas room kept everything well stocked even 15 minutes before she had to close the kitchen. The cleaning ladies did a very good job at keeping our room clean. Last but not least is a young hsndyman(?) who wasted no time in getting the batteries for the two ADA lifts at the pool. Our room was great except that the shower is poorly designed. The seat is on one end and the shower controls are on the opposite side. Only way to reach them is to have realy long arms or simeone in the shower with you. The hose on the very heavy (a standard item in your hotel chain) shower head is too short to be used by the person sitting on the bench. We always carry my portable shower bench so I can sit closer to the shower controls. However, there is no grab bar on that wall. I must reach behind me to reach the brab bar. This makes for a VERY DANGEROUS shower.
Aside from the shower situation, your hotel and staff is to us our home in Santa Fe.
We plan on traveling to Europe in 3 months and have booked Holiday Inns there as we are happy with your consistent ADA standards here and hope to find them there.
