“This hotel should not be charging the amounts it does per night for the dire co diction that it’s in. Check in staff, have had better interactions at a gas station. Place starting to smell old. Light fixtures are of all different colors. Worn out carpets and broken tiles. Rooms definitely need updating. Good location to stay at and if u don’t mind paying higher end hotel prices for a mid experience than this will do just fine”

“Didn’t like the first room. It smelled of smoke, the bathtub had hair, no phone to call office. After complaining to front office, our second floor room was clean, but no phone connection again and could not call front office to request a missing remote control for tv. On a positive note the front desk manager did her best to get the issues resolved. Price was right but Unfortunately I will not stay there again. I expected more from a Wyndham Hotel. So on a scale of one to ten, I give it a 3+.”

“Made our reservation on Expedia, when we arrived at the hotel they indicated they had no reservation and had no room for us. Us. So we had to go elsewhere to find a room. Called Expedia to complain and they said a refund would be at the discretion of the motel. They said it would be up to us to work it out with a motel but they would advocate for us.”
