“I room was spacious, clean and the property was well kept. However, we did have a problem with the AC in the living area of the room. It was wasn’t work, maintenance was called and they came relatively quickly to fix it. It worked for that day and the next, it stopped working again. Maintenance came again and the replaced the unit. The front desk manager called and apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a bottle of champagne but, my wife and I don’t drink. Then they offered a $30...

“My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it.”

“Clean but not fancy. Parking was great. It served the purpose, but... The wireless wouldn't stay connected to y tablet in room. The phones were out in the entire hotel which noone mentioned at check-in which meant a trip to the front to ask a question. The free breakfast was worth about what it costs. The staff was adequate but not very friendly or approachable feeling. In the room, the A/C unit made awful noise the entire time. The elevator sounded like it could fail at any moment, scary noises...

“Nice newer hotel. Room overall was comfortable however sink area and bathroom offered little counter top space. Also shower controls were hard to reach and not get wet turning on the shower. Whomever planned the space didn’t take that into consideration. Perhaps reverse the shower doors to better access shower controls.”
