“The room was clean. The bed was comfortable”

“Toilet was broken in the room therefore we were moved to another room after we had unpacked everything so very inconvenient. Soap dispenser in the ladies main bathroom by the pool didn't work so no soap and they didn't fix it. The gym didn't have a remote for the TV and there wasn't any wipes to clean gym equipment before or after use. TV wasn't used in the room as the remote didn't seem to work to open a channel and unable to figure out how it worked. The continental breakfast was good and...

“Up charged a significant amount for the weekend. Overflowing garbage bins were right outside the door, making it so windows couldn’t be opened due to the smell. Poorly maintained. The room had multiple plastered holes in the wall. The furniture was stained and dirty. Every step and movement from upstairs could be heard in the room.”

“I was dissapointed that expedia did not let me say that I was brining my pet so I had to switch to a more expensive room and I had a pet fee added on when we arrived. The front desk person did give us 10% off but I paid an extra $60 on the room which I wasn't expecting.”

“A little older but you can tell they clean it very well. Really good sized rooms for the price. Breakfast was your regular bread and bagel assortment. They had sausage, boiled eggs and tater tots for a hot option. And the staff was really nice. Would stay here again.”

“the hotel is very rundown, we stayed with our 4 year old grandson in a walk out suite to the pool What a disappointment, the floors were dirty, the couch was dirty , it hasn't been updated in YEARS. nothing good about this hotel The Tv did not work, no channels would come on Do NOT stay here. AWFUL.”

“The hot water was not hot, which affected the soaking in Jacuzzi. I had to have the key card fixed a number of times. It was the 3rd night that the front desk told me about the card couldn't be close to my cell phone.”

“The hotel was nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The walk from the hotel to the casino was extreme. They should’ve provided a shuttle. We were led to believe there was a breakfast included our misunderstanding, but I went down to get breakfast and there was nothing available also at the casino they had a policy of reserving the different slot machines for “up to 10 minutes, but people left them on there as long as they were gone, and these happen to be the machines that were the easiest to...

“noisy elevator”

“The place was old but an affordable place to stay. Hallways were too dark, needs an update but it was good stay for its price.”

“Room was not as clean as my last stay, couldn’t use the coffee machine as the plastic tie on the plug wasn’t removed and the day before checking out I was exhausted and found 2 black bugs on my bed… looked like a type of little beetle idk.. told staff on checking out… not even a sorry.. anyway will not stay again”

“Our stay started good. Until we found some bedbugs. We told the front desk and showed them the picture of bugs. They just gave us an email address to contact, and nobody even reach out to us eversince. The breakfast seem not enough to the number of guest they have.”
