“Very dirty probably should've left as soon as we entered. Air conditioner stopped middle of the night front desk was busy in the bar BUT did accommodate me with a different room. Over all the entire hotel has a funky smell after the fact we noted NONE of the windows open. First room shower curtain filthy and moldy second room slightly cleaner except tub was filthy and water wouldn't stop running but at least the ac worked..oh sheets thread bare and pillow cases pilling. Carry on to Ponoka...

“If you can get over the check-in which is painfully slow the place is a good value for the money. The older gentleman at the front desk has had his best years behind him and tries his best to check you in with the limited resources he has to do this. Instead of getting upset about the time it is taking show some compassion for him. If he comes by your room later to make sure you have the correct number of guests in the room once again do not take offense, I'm sure this is the way he has been...
