“We always stay here when we go on flights from YEG. Their shuttle service is prompt and car parking rates while we are away are very reasonable. The staff are all just lovely. As well as the staff at the restaurant.”

“The only issue that brought it down to a 4 star from a 5 star is the time it took for the hot water to reach the room. Ironic, that while I was standing there 5+ minutes for hot water, I'm reading the BW 'Green' message on the bathroom mirror. Wasting all that fresh water to achieve minimal heat kind of defeats the purpose of declaring yourself 'Green'.”
