Hotel a Bittern Lake

“Though the hotel decor is outdated, the room was clean and quiet. Front deak staff were excellent. Though it took while to get hot water for the shower - once you got it, the water pressure was excellent and water stayed hot. Bathroom is small with no daily samples for shampoo/conditioner. Bed doesnt have a comfort topper so quite firm, took me a couple nights to get use to it. Staircase, halls have a smokey musty smell but rooms were not bad. Has books to read in the front lobby which...

Front desk night check in lady needs to be more friendly super rude Fillipino Couldn’t order room service and she was the cause They did give me free breakfast though because of her attitude Little nosiy doors. You can get 7 hours 10 am- 5 am. Thanks ”

“Carpet throughout is extremely worn and needs replacing. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. No elevator, must walk up a flight of stairs to rooms above a strip mall. Was quiet though”
