“Busy Hotel, with an higher amount for incidentals, that takes too long to be returned when not used. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“The toilet was clogged when we got the room..the bathroom was stinking. There were hair at so many places.. the breakfast was below average.. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ”

“Specifically booked a jacuzzi king suite for substantially more money then a standard king only to find out the tub wasn’t operational, elevators did not work was advised one hasn’t worked since January ,”

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect as my parents we flying out the next morning and my husband and son were going to Banff. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. It was the smallest living area out of 3 properties we stayed at and not the cheapest. My parent's king room suited them well. Our 2 queen room was ok but the beds were not and the 3 of us had terrible sleeps. The buffet breakfast was decent if you have a regular diet. 2 of us needed plant based foods and...

“we had a late check in and had to park on the street as the lot was full. The bed was very firm but some people may like that. Given that it is a hotel close to the airport and thus used by air travellers, having the breakfast start at 7 on weekends is too late I feel. Overall, reasonably priced, clean, helpful staff, and nice ambience.”

“Good location for whatever we’re doing, I have a 4 on cleanliness. It was clean. Although on the second floor you could see they repaired walls, surely sanded and painted and the dust from sanding was left in many areas on the ledge. Sucked when you bumped into and getting dust over your clothes”
