“Initially, we were told to wait as the room wasn’t ready even though we were there after check-in time. The manager approached after 15 minutes and asked why we were sitting there, apologized and gave us an upgrade to a business class suite. We were very happy with the Room. Clearly it wasn’t busy but we appreciated the gesture.
The breakfast is excellent. Good choices and good strong coffee. I recommend. ”

"Un hotel ben posizionato ma datato nel centro di Calgary, con un'ottima piscina sul tetto.
Il personale è stato molto caloroso e accogliente. L'unica volta che abbiamo provato ad andare al pub, questo stava chiudendo e non erano ancora le 21.00.
Sono rimasto un po' scioccato dal prezzo e ho notato alcune attività sospette nell'hotel e nella zona."
