“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“I had a great stay friendly and professional staffed, room is very clean. The only thing i didnt like is the 12th floor where u can see the city view whoch is a good thing but coudnt sleep that night hearing ambulace and cars noise on the street over all still was great”

“Everything was over expectations, except 2 things : it takes more than 5 minutes to have hot water in shower, also to open the shower you need to enter in it and receive cold water. Also we arrive near midnight ans the room was cold at 67 !! but the rest was great,”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
