“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The breakfast should start early around 6:30 am 3 bunk beds in the same room is too much people sharing different routines. ”

“Keurig in room was appreciated but some Bottled water would have been nice. Front desk staff very helpful with city navigation suggestions. Nice amount of extra towels without asking.”

“Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. We went during a renovation period so it was a little less comfortable. Also, the halls were noisy at night so not great for light sleepers.”

“No coffee or tea in rooms, rooms were very dated, smoke detectors kept beeping with indication that they need to be replaced.”

“The place wasnew and clean espe ially the rooms. It had a 24/7 open cafe room and security was good”
