“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Beds are nice, pillows good, tvs are really nice, nice shower and bathroom. We had a little bit of trouble trying to figure out the thermostat. It was either hot or cold. You can't just turn it off. Fan is either on or auto, no off. It didn't read the correct temperature. It said it was 25 in the room but it wasn't. So if you turned it down it turned on the AC. So I woke up cold. I should have just set it for the 25 degrees and left it. It was still a nice room.”

“Very nice front desk staff, they are doing upgrades/renos so some areas still in need of refresh, room was very clean, located in a convenient area with a convenience store and a few restaurants super close by on foot. Hot breakfast variety was good - scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes (choices rotate each day), clean dining room, nice hot & cold selections. Didn’t use pool/gym but they looked nice. Great for a short stay - my room only has a desk chair (no couch or lounge chair) but...

“Great location for anyone working downtown, but my stay itself was disappointing. The room looked like it had only been surface‑cleaned — the bathtub corners were brown, and the whole room smelled stale. Reception was the worst part. We were first sent to the Hilton side just to check out, then ended up dealing with Diego, who showed no sense of order or customer care. He served whoever walked up to his desk, even if they cut the line, stayed on his mobile phone while guests waited, and...
