“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“The staff at this hotel were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and they have a very good coffee shop where I could grab a delicious cappuccino! The room was very clean. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Second floor was under renovations when I was there. Despite that, I was not bothered by the workers and the building was kept clean while I was there. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs and bacon. Room was stocked with refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. Excellent product. I was going to a Doctor appointment downtown and the staff was great about leaving my car in the lot after checkout while I Ubered downtown and back. Don't like city driving!”

We had specifically booked a room with three queen beds, but instead were given two rooms with double beds, which was not comfortable for my family.
