“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Clean rooms and a very well-maintained hostel overall. The common areas are great, and the breakfast is simple but does the job. I’d definitely stay here again. Most of the guests I met were in their 20s, often on work-cations, which made for a nice atmosphere. The location is excellent—right downtown, close to transit, and within walking distance of the convention center. One downside: the women’s shower heads could use some maintenance.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. I forgot an item in the room but the front desk were very helpful to make sure that I got my item at the airport safely so I don’t miss my flight. Was at the hotel for a conference. My stay was great. Good food and the comfort was👌”

“Second floor was under renovations when I was there. Despite that, I was not bothered by the workers and the building was kept clean while I was there. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs and bacon. Room was stocked with refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. Excellent product. I was going to a Doctor appointment downtown and the staff was great about leaving my car in the lot after checkout while I Ubered downtown and back. Don't like city driving!”

We had specifically booked a room with three queen beds, but instead were given two rooms with double beds, which was not comfortable for my family.
