“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and polite. I needed an early check-in and my room was ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and had a great view. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and moisturizer smelled amazing and they give you a little aroma therapy roll-on that smells wonderful and helps with sleep.
