“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“At check in I requested cleaning during my stay however I did not receive any. When booking it stated “tub/shower combo” when I checked in I confirmed only to be told the room I requested actually didn’t have a tub. I was travelling with 2 small children therefore a tub was necessary. The reception staff seemed annoyed she had to “upgrade” me to a room with a tub & have housekeeping move the crib which was already placed in the original room. Dishes in the room were dirty. Only 1 elevator went...

“Where do I even begin with this place?! Absolutely amazing, staff were amazing, it's very downtown, rooms are immaculate, facilities are amazing (pool room, state of the art kitchen, showers etc). The fact the have men's sport soap in the showers that smells amazing is class. Rooms are so cosy and warm, it's so cheap. The best thing, they're non for profit and they're so so environmentally friendly. Would recommend and I will definitely visit again!!”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
