“The room was very clean and staff is very friendly and will accommodate you if you need help. Location is very easy to get to and close to lots of shopping and eating. ”

“Wonderful weekend stay. Room was clean, modern, adjustable lighting throughout and the open floor plan makes for a spacious layout once you walk in. Front Desk staff friendly and accommodating. Great experience overall, favorite YYC hotel. ”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“ウェルカムのディスプレイに名前が入っていてうれしかったです。 あまり時間がなく朝食を楽しむ余裕がなかったのですが、朝食のワッフルはおいしかったです。スタッフさんもフレンドリーで和みました。 チェックアウトの朝は、飛行機にのるために早出で、さらに荷物が多くなり、スーツケースを購入する必要が出てしまい、フロントのスタッフさんが要望を聞いてもらい、深夜にも関わらず、タクシーの手配を引き受けてくれました。 翌朝、タクシーの運転手さんもとてもやさしくこの時はとてもよい人達に出会えたと感じました。 ホテルのスタッフさん皆さんの笑顔がすてきでした。 ありがとう！！”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
