“The staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and polite. I needed an early check-in and my room was ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and had a great view. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and moisturizer smelled amazing and they give you a little aroma therapy roll-on that smells wonderful and helps with sleep. Literally across the street from 3 of the hottest restaurants (Ten Foot Henry, Calcutta Cricket Club, Pat & Betty’s) in the city along with the coolest cocktail bar (Proof). “Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Rooms are excellent! We loved everything about it! Only one thing that was very upsetting is getting charged $15 to park in the HOTEL parking lot. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge customers to park when we are already paying to stay at the hotel. Because of this, we will not be staying there again. Plenty of other hotels that do not charge to park in the HOTEL parking lot. ”
