“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Staff were great. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the disposable wipes to wipe down equipment in the fitness room were completely dried out.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The breakfast should start early around 6:30 am 3 bunk beds in the same room is too much people sharing different routines. ”

“Clean and spacious room, very wallabies to Kensington with lots of food options. Complimentary continental breakfast buffet was a bonus”

“the suite is outstanding! they have everything: cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, basically everything you need! even though there was a bit dust inside the cupboard (behind the A/C machine), its not a big deal for me”
