“Ottima struttura ma al momento del check-in mi è stato addebitato un importo maggiore rispetto al quello della prenotazione con Hotelcom. Lo staff della reception non è stato in grado di spiegare la problematica né a risolverla. Ho inviato un reclamo alla struttura tramite Hotelcom”

“Definitely the BEST hotel I've stayed in Calgary so far! I was only there for a night, but the service was amazing! The room was beautiful, clean and had so amenities I didn't even know. The room was comfortable too. I felt like I was at my apartment. I love the welcome screen that I got with my name customized. Never seen that before. They had a free buffet breakfast too and it was delicious. The only negative was that you have to pay for parking, but other than that, it was an amazing stay and...
