“The staff here are wonderful. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The room itself had seen a bit of use but was clean. Some demolition was happening across the street which was a bit noisy. Overall a nice place to stay with a good location downtown.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The staff were so friendly, the valet staff were wonderful. Room was spacious. The breakfast supplied was good, my husband loved it, I would like to see a waffle or pancake station and bacon, some cheese slices. So just a bit more variety. It is the one of the only hotels downtown to offer breakfast so I was content to be able to have breakfast included.”

“All of the staff we dealt with were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was delicious and had a ton of options. There was a regular pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub which was great for taking our little guy swimming!”
