“Dont stay here. The rooms are not clean. Avoid Motel 6 Red Deer — seriously. We had to switch rooms three times, and each one was worse than the last. Room 1: My puppy jumped on the bed with something in his mouth… it was a blood-covered Kleenex. Absolutely disgusting. Room 2: There was a white, creamy-looking substance on the floor between the bed and the window wall. Room 3: My puppy’s next “find”? A half-used bottle of lubricant. “Room was decent. It’s definitely a motel so expect as such. My stay was in March and it snowed at night. Only issue I ran into is there were apparently problems with the boiler and the pipes which are pretty noisy in the middle of the night. Woke me up pretty aggressively a few times and not knowing what itI assume the colder weather at night is part of the problem. Employees were nice”

“We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive.”
